Accessible

All our coaches are highly experienced and can work with you via the telephone or face-to-face.  Pre-arranged weekly sessions ensure you obtain maximum benefit from the session and still have time to do the important thing of running your business.  Sometimes, however, you may need to contact us with a matter of urgency, our service means that you will always be able to contact Pro-Coach, speak to a real person and not depend on leaving a message on an answerphone.

Affordability

We are often told by clients that the reason they have been reluctant to ask for support from a professional coach is the uncertainty of how much it may cost; many organisations are reluctant to clearly state the cost of engaging support.  We believe that if our relationship is going to be of value to you, it must be based on trust.  We set our fees out for you in black and white, the only variable is dependant on what level of support you would like, in any event, you will always know exactly what you are committing to.  If you believe, as we do, that having a coach to support you and your business is important, then knowing the cost up front just makes the decision that much easier.

Appropriate

Some of the business people we have spoken to have told us of their frustration in that having taken the step to engage support, they have found the individual does not understand their issues or have the experience to help.  The Pro-Coach team members are qualified in a number of different ways, but most importantly they are qualified by experience, they have successfully run a business, they do undertstand that running a business is about making decisions, taking action and learning all the time.  Our approach is to help you achieve the goals that are important to you, finding out what is needed, agreeing actions and overcoming obstacles is our business; but most importantly we will work with you.
